1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility 

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site and make purchases. Minors (under 18) may only use the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be bound by these Terms.
• You represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

3. Product Information & Pricing 

• We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing information. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, or other content on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
• All prices are listed in USD (US Dollars) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.
• In the event of a pricing error (e.g., incorrect display of product price), we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at the incorrect price, and will notify you via email to confirm the correct price or process a full refund.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Minor variations in color, size, or detail may exist due to manufacturing processes, and do not constitute a product defect.

4. Order Acceptance & Payment 

• When you place an order on the Site, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s). We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, including but not limited to: product unavailability, errors in product or pricing information, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms.
• We will send you an order confirmation email once your order is received, but this does not constitute formal acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs only when we ship the product(s) to you and send you a shipping confirmation email.
• All payments must be made via the payment methods listed on the Site (including credit/debit cards, PayPal, Klarna, etc.). You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided, and that all information you submit is accurate and complete.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time, including after payment, for any reason, and will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping and delivery terms are detailed in our Shipping & Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
• We are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by third-party shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
• You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by you.
• International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for any additional charges incurred during customs clearance.

6. Returns & Refunds 

• Return, refund, and exchange policies are detailed in our Shipping & Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds for products that are damaged, used, or not in their original packaging, in accordance with our policy.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within the timeframe specified in our policy, and we are not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or banks.

7. Intellectual Property 

• All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, software, and code, is the property of BOGO Toys or its licensors, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• All products sold on the Site are authentic and genuine, unless explicitly stated as "replica" or "unofficial". We do not sell counterfeit or unauthorized products.
• We are not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use or misuse of products purchased from the Site. Use of all products is at your own risk.
