We ship products worldwide to most countries and regions. Below is detailed information about our shipping process, including delivery times, costs, and tracking options.

1.2 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two main shipping methods, and delivery times vary based on your location and the selected method. All delivery times are estimated and do not include order processing time (1-2 business days).

Note: Delivery times may be delayed due to customs clearance, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in your order.
1.3 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on your shipping destination, order weight, and selected shipping method. You can view the exact shipping cost during the checkout process, before completing your order.

Standard Shipping: Free for orders over $100 (USD) to North America and Europe; $9.99 for orders under $100.

Express Shipping: Cost varies by destination (calculated at checkout), with a minimum fee of $29.99.

1.4 Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery on our Site (under "Order Tracking") or on the shipping carrier’s website (e.g., USPS, DHL, FedEx).
If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact our customer support at support@bogotoys.com.
1.5 Customs & Import Fees
For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These fees are imposed by your country’s customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the buyer (we do not collect these fees at checkout).
We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance, or for any additional fees incurred. Please check with your local customs office for more information on import fees before placing your order.
2. Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible products for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your package, subject to the terms below.
2.1 Eligible Returns
Products are eligible for return if:

They are in their original, unopened packaging (seals intact, no damage to the box or product).

They are unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as when you received them (this includes no scratches, dents, or missing parts).

They are returned within 30 days of the delivery date (proof of delivery is required).

2.2 Non-Eligible Returns
The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:

Final Sale items (e.g., limited-edition hand办, clearance products).

Products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the buyer.

Products with missing parts, packaging, or accessories (unless the missing items were due to our error).

Custom-made or personalized products (unless they are defective).

Products that have minor cosmetic imperfections (e.g., slight color variations, small水口 marks) that are inherent to the manufacturing process of collectible hand办 (these do not constitute a defect).
2.3 Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer support at support@bogotoys.com within 30 days of delivery, and provide your order number, product name, and reason for return.

Our customer support team will review your request and send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions within 2 business days.

Package the product securely in its original packaging, include the RA number on the outside of the package, and ship it back to the address provided in the return instructions.

You are responsible for the return shipping cost (unless the return is due to our error, e.g., wrong product, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
2.4 Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned package (usually within 3-5 business days of delivery to our warehouse), we will process your refund as follows:

For eligible returns: We will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. The refund amount will include the product price and any applicable taxes, but will not include the original shipping cost (unless the return is due to our error).

For non-eligible returns: We will contact you to inform you that the return is rejected, and you may choose to have the product shipped back to you at your own cost, or we may dispose of the product (with your consent).

3. Exchange Policy

5. Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your package is marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier but you have not received it, please check your delivery location (e.g., mailbox, front door, neighbor’s house) first. If you still cannot find the package, contact our customer support within 7 days of the delivery date.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue. If the package is confirmed lost, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement (at your choice), provided that: (1) the shipping address provided was accurate; (2) the package was not delivered due to carrier error; and (3) you have not received the package.
We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by you.
